How We Handle Gluten-Free

We bake all Farmhouse Collection products first every bake day—before any wheat flour enters the kitchen. Clean equipment, clean surfaces, GF ingredients only until those batches are done and packaged.

Important: We are not a dedicated gluten-free facility. Our kitchen also produces wheat-based products later in the day. While we take precautions, this means our GF products are not safe for those with celiac disease or severe gluten allergies.
